30-day defect guarantee

We stand behind every tool. If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect, we'll replace it free within 30 days of delivery. Just email printculinary@gmail.com with a photo of the issue and your order number.

Made-to-order items

Because every product is 3D-printed to order, we can't accept returns for buyer's remorse or minor cosmetic variation (slight differences in finish and color are normal for made-to-order items). This keeps waste at zero and prices low.

What qualifies

• Structural print defects (cracks, incomplete prints, warping on arrival).
• Wrong item shipped.
• Damage in transit.

What doesn't

• Normal wear from use, or damage from dishwasher/microwave/high heat (our tools are hand-wash only).
• Change of mind on a made-to-order item.

How to request a replacement

Email printculinary@gmail.com within 30 days with your order number and a photo. We'll sort it out fast — usually within 24–48 hours.
